Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor and Videographer to join our team. As a Video Editor and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality videos that align with our organization's goals and vision. Your expertise in both shooting and post-production editing will be essential in producing compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished and engaging videos, ensuring a seamless flow, proper pacing, and visual coherence.
- Utilize industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to refine and enhance videos.
- Add graphics, animations, special effects, and soundtracks to enhance the visual appeal and impact of the videos.
- Select appropriate background music, sound effects, and voice-overs to accompany the video content.
- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop video content strategies and concepts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficient in using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video production.
- Ability to shoot high-quality footage and capture creative visuals.
- Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to manage video files and assets effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and composition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in scriptwriting and storyboarding.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications.
